It would be nice to have a way to move expirations within either the company or expirations itself that would go to Not Started, In Progress, Waiting on Client, Waiting on Approval instead of having to use TAGS to create all those custom fields.

Our company needs to be able to sign documents through Expiration Reminder. It would be helpful if Expiration Reminder could be integrated with Docu Sign and Adobe Sign. We would need to be able to setup the document in our system, transfer the document into Expiration Reminder, send the the document for signatures.

If a user already knows after the first reminder email what will happen with the expiration and sends an acknowledgement with the corresponding information (but the expiration date does not change due to auto-renewal), the subsequently scheduled reminders are no longer needed and should be automatically deleted/stopped.

It would be useful if the Bulk Edit capability would allow setting the replace value with other field’s content, or combination of fields and text, etc. instead of only be able to set it to a specific typed value for all selected records. Example: Vehicle Name &amp; “-” &amp; VIN. My specific recent need is that we need to change the Expiration Name that we uploaded (1,000+records) and there is no way to do it, short of manually entering or clearing all of the data and reloading, which isn’t feasible. If we had this proposed feature, I could import the new name into a temp field, then use the bulk edit to set the Exp Name to the temp field.I am sure there would be numerous other beneficial uses for this as well.
