What we CAN request from our Development Team as an enhancement to the global search feature, is to include an ALL WORKSPACES option in the dropdown menu for Workspaces. Development has been alerted to this and we can keep you updated!

Hi there! Thanks so much for posting your feedback! Did you know about Expiration Reminder’s Global Search feature? You are able to search for expiration items, contacts, reports, etc. across all workspaces through this tool! I’ll link our Help Center article about it here: Using Global Account Search Hopefully that helps! And just as a refresher, if you know you’re in the correct workspace and are searching for an item, contact, etc. our list views offer filter options to narrow down searches based on a ton of different criteria! Impossible to search for things when you have a ton of workspaces. Now you have to click into each workspace and search a word. Very time consuming.
