Unless we are missing some details, you should be able to assign an existing contact to a vehicle at time of creating a new vehicle record, or you can go back and add one to an existing vehicle.

So in the Vehicles or Equipment this works well. Im taking about the Rules when we add/create a User in EX to have access to their account.

We are trying to create a user that needs access to all their vehicles that have been assigned to the current assignee. When we are creating a user its easier to have that option available to connect versus Name Contains or Name is Equal to.
