These updates created more steps for us personally with our workflow. First, when creating a document type, we no longer can just have an acknowledgement link for renewal. We have to now create a vendor link, enter in our email address, wait for this magic link to be emailed, click the link and then go in and still have to search for the expiration to renew it as it does not bring you directly to the expiration you are trying to renew. That's many steps where it used to be one simple one (click the acknowledgement link and it immediately is right there open for you to renew).
Also when creating a document type, it's now two screens, you have to create the first one then it opens up to a new page where you can choose the option for vendor link. It used to be one page. There is also no cancel option( that I can find at least) on the second page. So when I was trying it out, even though I did not hit save, it automatically added my test document and I had to go search it out and delete it.
There is no search feature in the document types option. We used to be able to search by keyword but now we need to scroll page by page and look at each one manually before entering a document type to make sure we are not duplicating.
It just seems like this was much more user friendly with the older version.
