Missing Data
We have observed discrepancies in the data and are increasingly concerned about the integrity of the records being maintained in the system. Specifically, we have identified instances of missing records, which raise doubts about the reliability and completeness of the data.
Given the critical nature of accurate data for our operations, we would appreciate it if you could urgently investigate this matter and provide clarity on the root cause. Additionally, we would like to understand the measures in place to prevent such issues and ensure the integrity of our data moving forward. Just an example please refer below records related to insurance.
