Help bubble is blocking the update button when doing a bulk edit

The help bubble is blocking the update button when trying to proceed with a bulk edit. Request to move the support bubble when proceeding with a bulk edit. The bubble can currently be moved manually but it would be so much easier if it was move automatically so I could proceed to select update in the bulk edit feature.
