Can we have the global search bar search all workspaces instead of the first one that is alphabetically. Example if im on one it will search the first Workspace instead of one further down the list.
I am not sure if we will be enabling the option to search ALL workspaces in the Global Search tool, but I see what you mean by being within one WS, and the default workspace to search in is alphabetical and not by default, the one you are currently in which you likely want to search through. We can look into this.

YES! That would be another option. Would it be possible to have it as a multiple choice option and you could select which WS you want to search? We always are searching for company or contact moreso than expiration items in the search this is a better global search option then expiration items because that will bring on an ample amount to shift through and because it doesnt say the document type its almost pointless to use. I find that if I were to search for an expiration itself im having to go expiration items and that search bar is way more helpful then the global search.

Yea, the global search tool is better used when you have a general name of something you want to find but you are not quite sure if its even an exp item, contact, etc. When you know you are looking for a specific exp item, its typically better to go INTO the exp item list view, and use the little search bar or your filters.
We will work on the workspace refinement above and send an update if it will be accepted or not!
