Expiration Items View: Missing

Since the changeover our team has really been struggling and missing expiration items easily because its been harder to set filters. While the Top columns contain “All, Past Due, notifying” etc… It is super hard to filter the Especially missing items. All should in fact contain All but Missing is an extremely valuable Filter that if you toggle it on top then you miss all the other columns without having to re-filter again.

    Hi Vania,

    The pre-set filters above the expiration item list view such as ‘due within 15 days, 30 days’ etc. are only going to contain expiration items with expiry dates due soon that fit under that criteria.

    If you want to search for expiration items in a MISSING status, you won’t find them under those tabs because MISSING status items do not expire. You would have to use the filter tool from the ALL tab, select ‘status → Missing’ to isolate and search for items under the MISSING status. Please see screenshot. But you won’t find MISSING status items under those due soon tabs because that is only for items expiring soon.

      yes this is correct but the fact is that if you toggle the status to missing in the filter you then lose the other features of the tabs which makes you have to keep changing the filter options back and forth. This creates a break in the workflow as you have to keep changing to view different options and it does not allow to streamline. Missing items are just as important if not more important as Past due or notifying because we are working through those.
