Expiration Item "Status" Request

When creating an expiration item or editing an expiration item the Status should default to a blank field rather than “I have an expiration date for this document”.

The reason this is an issue is because the system users might select any status and are also not forced to pick a correct status.

Please also add another Expiration Status with the description of “Not Applicable” or “Do Not Use”.
