Disclosure Statement

Feature Request

We are interested in adding a function that prompts vendors to agree to a disclosure statement when uploading their policies to Expiration Reminder. This disclosure would confirm that the policies meet all requirements and include specific coverages as outlined by our standards.

Could you let us know if this feature is feasible? If so, I’d appreciate any insights on how we could move forward with this implementation.

    Thank you for reaching out with your feature request! We currently offer a Policies feature under the Compliance section of your top toolbar. This feature enables vendors or contacts to review and formally accept your company's policies, ensuring acknowledgment of requirements like the ones you've outlined.

    However, please note that these policies need to be manually drafted and set up in your account. The feature is not automated to trigger based on whether or not a vendor has active expiration items in your account.
