Contacts/Workspaces

We have a need to separate our license and certifications in Expiration Reminder, but the current system makes us have to enter a new hire multiple times for each workspace. There is a need to enter a New Hire only once - but be able to have that New hire assigned to multiple workspaces since the contact information would be the same across all workspaces. Currently we are having to retype the same information up to 3 times into each unique workspace. This would make our data entry much simpler. Thanks
