Add a comments field/option to acknowledgements reminders

it would be great if the reminder recipient had a field for free comments when sending the acknowledgement.

in our company, the acknowledgement feedback is received/reviewed by the legal department and it often happens that further small comments have to be communicated with a renewal or a termination request.
