Roadmap enhancement request

Updates to mandatory training tracks require systematic changes to ensure completed trainings are retained while changing the status to "not applicable" for outdated ones.

When an employee is removed from a previous roadmap and added to a new roadmap, the enhancement request is to change the status of the previous required training to not applicable.  

A new "not applicable" status feature could help manage training requirements more effectively, allowing for easier identification of outdated certifications. 

Ensure attachments are maintained for any certifications marked as when the status is changed to not applicable.
